If Denali falls in love with using the BlueSpec tools to create their IP then wouldn’t it make sense for them to merge sometime into the future?

If a merger were going to happen then I would expect an OEM agreement to be a likely next step.

Denali is gradually branching out of just verification IP so it makes sense to look at adding more EDA/ESL tools either internally developed or acquired.
