About JB’s Circuit
JB’s Circuit is the place were I can kick back, cast aside my editorial harness and write with the reckless abandon of any other blogger. Sure, most of my discussions will focus on the worlds of EDA and chip design. But I intend to have some fun with this journal by covering the state of the engineering profession and its struggles in today’s world of globalization and growing technical illiteracy. So kick back, set your keyboard in your lap and let’s have some fun.

Where are you, Johnnie?
I told Robert Petrossian at SemiNeedle that I’d schedule a meeting with you two for DAC. That way, we don’t have to worry about trying to set up a meeting at PDX for Tuesday a.m.
Hope you have a swell three-day weekend. I’m going to a friend’s house for a cocktail party tomorrow night; will visit and play with multiple nieces and nephews on Sat.; catch up on work on Sunday; and go to Waukenna Falls on Monday for a picnic with my nine brothers and sisters, their spouses, nearly all of their kids, and my parents. We’re up to 32 people in the immediate family (thus far). A good time will be had by all, I’m sure!
Hi Abbie. I’m always here! But this is an odd way to get ahold of me. Why not post on Facebook, Twitter or send me a SMS? Yes, I know I don’t always answer email as quickly as I should. But posting a message the “About” section of my blog? Well, it did get my attention.
Agreed; let’s meet at DAC. Just confirmed as much with Jean.
You’re three-day weekend plans sound great, if just a bit taxing. Have a good one. Send pics!
